Customer Service/Admin Officer

Part time - four days per week (Tues – Fri) – up to 30hrs/week

Audiology Dubbo Hearing Centre is a locally owned clinic, providing hearing services to our community. With a strong focus on customer care, we are seeking a team member with exceptional customer service skills, who can demonstrate:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Competent Microsoft Office skills

High level of professionalism

Understanding of confidentiality and management of private information

Ability to work with minimum supervision using judgment and initiative

Your role will involve:

Greeting clients

Scheduling appointments

Managing correspondence

Assisting clients with basic device maintenance

Processing billing and claims

Data entry and record management

Invoicing/Receipting (XERO)

Completing delegated tasks and supporting the Director as required

Our remuneration package includes above award wage (negotiable depending on experience), 11.5% superannuation, up to 4 weeks annual leave (pro-rata for hours worked).
