$34.68 per hour + salary packaging | 2026 Registered Psychiatric Nurse Graduates!
- 12 month fixed term opportunity
- 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO
- Multiple positions available
About the Role
Grampians Mental Health and Wellbeing Service offers a supportive and structured Graduate Nurse Program for Registered Nurses. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas within the Mental Health directorate while building your skills in a recovery focused, client centred, and family inclusive environment. The program is designed to support your professional development through clinical supervision, paid orientation, and hands on experience with evidence based treatments. You'll be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering high quality mental health care and fostering a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver client focused mental health nursing care
• Participate in rotations across mental health settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Support recovery and wellbeing goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Engage in supervision and professional development
Skills & Experience
• Current AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
• Compliant Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Check
• Strong interest in mental health nursing
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to varied setting
