Territory manager Victoria and Queensland

Based in Victoria and QLD – Full/Part-time negotiable

The role:

We are an energetic and fast-growing medical distribution and manufacturing company looking for an experienced Hospital/Age care and community territory managers. This role is diverse and ideal for multi-skilled applicants who are willing to learn many aspects of the wider business. As part of a growing family-owned company, there is an outstanding opportunity to learn new skills and utilize your current skills

Reporting to the National Sales Manager and General Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Conducting customer visits to Aged care facilities, hospitals, community nurses and distributors to increase and maintain sales and deliver product education.

Developing an in-depth knowledge of products and those of competitors.

Managing key accounts and direct selling and education of products to customer groups.

Identifying new market opportunities and increasing sales whilst maintain existing customer base

Handling customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Attending conferences and trade shows both locally and nationally as required.

Following up leads from trade shows in a timely manner.

Attending sales meetings.

Keeping CRM up to date and monthly reporting.

Skills & Experience
We are seeking someone who has:

At least two years of experience in medical sales within the Hospital/Aged care community is essential.

Clinical qualification with wound care experience desirable or

Non clinical wound care sales experience with demonstrated success within the wound care arena.

Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with customers.

Required to travel extensively both locally and Nationally.

Required to work autonomously as well in a team environment.

Requirement to work to strict timeframes and meet deadlines.

A valid driving license.
