About the Role

This is a hands-on, workshop-based role perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, has a mechanical mindset, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and modify rehabilitation and mobility equipment

Perform workshop-based repairs and maintenance

Unpack, test, and prepare equipment for delivery

Maintain a clean and organised workshop

Assist with inventory and parts management

Occasionally support the delivery team

What We're Looking For:

Practical, hands-on skills – you’re comfortable using tools and working with mechanical components

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous workshop or mechanical experience preferred but not essential

Bonus Points For:

Experience in a similar industry (mobility, mechanical, bike, automotive, or fabrication)

Forklift licence or mechanical trade qualifications
