We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated part time medical receptionist to join our team.

The duties and responsibilities include:

· Play a key role in working with other admin team members to provide a high level of service

· Handle front desk enquiries and phone calls

· Manage client appointments using Gentu practice management software

· Receive referrals and manage the booking process

· Invoice clients, process HICAPS and credit card payments

· Support practice initiatives to grow the practice

· Order office stationery and supplies

· Help maintain a clean and tidy workplace environment

· Other reception related tasks as requested by the practice Principal

Skills and experience

· Prior working experience in a medical receptionist role is essential

· Previous experience with Gentu or Genie is highly desired

· Proven ability to use the Microsoft Office suite

· Proven ability to problem-solve and have strong organisational skills

· Confidence to work collaboratively and autonomously with 2 other medical receptionists

· Starting Salary at Health Professionals and Support Services Award (MA000027) - Level 8 or 9 (dependent on demonstrated skills) with room to grow. Salary is negotiable.

· Work hours arrangement (19 hrs/week) in a hybrid arrangement (work from home potential)
