About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sydney IT department located in Erskine Park. As a Darley employee, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of our NetSuite premium manufacturing module as a subject matter expert.

You will be involved in the examination and analysis of the utilisation of Darley’s existing operational procedures, resources, and personnel to recommend how we may best enhance our operational quality and efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assessing operational processes and data as well as usage of resources and personnel within the NetSuite ERP system to gauge and recommend their optimal deployment

Evaluating production costs and schedules to optimise productivity

Examining project documentation and functional statements to pinpoint personnel duties and potential areas of duplication to maximise efficiency

Using continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, to identify process gaps and inefficiencies, design process maps, test and validate the new process and implement solutions to improve process efficiency and reduce costs

Creating reports using report builder tools such as SQL queries and NetSuite to identify and analyse areas that require improvements in productivity

Skills and experience

Leading discussions on various projects including but not limited to system enhancements to improve efficiency

Experience in troubleshooting, identifying cause and providing solutions

Minimum 3 years of relevant on the job experience

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar

Experience in the development and implementation of ERP systems and designing a manufacturing process (preferably NetSuite)

Experience in creating business reports using report builder software (i.e. SQL queries, NetSuite analytics for real time insights on performance)

Proven experience in technical support and help desk with internal and external stakeholders
