About the Role

Manage a client portfolio of SMEs and complex group structures.

Support compliance review and advisory across tax and business structuring.

Report directly to the Partner and collaborate with offshore teams.

Guide junior staff and support their technical development.

Use XERO and cloud-based tools for efficient client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tax returns, BAS, and financials
• Advise clients on tax, cash flow, and structuring
• Manage client queries and build relationships
• Oversee junior staff work and provide feedback
• Liaise with Partners on complex advisory jobs

Skills & Experience

• CA or CPA qualified
• Skilled in XERO and cloud-based systems
• Strong tax and compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and client skills
• Experience in public practice accounting
