Location: Shepparton, Wangaratta & surrounding areas

About Us

Kelly Sports Bendigo is a leading provider of children’s sports coaching programs, delivering fun, high-quality sessions that promote health, confidence, and teamwork.

We’re expanding and are on the lookout for a proactive candidate to help us grow our presence in the Shepparton and Wangaratta regions. This role offers the opportunity to be a part of this exciting development while contributing to children’s physical literacy through play, movement, and sport.

The position will initially focus on delivering Fundamental Motor Skill sessions to kindergarten and early learning centre children. For the right candidate, this role can evolve into a permanent position with career growth.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be involved in a variety of coaching and program delivery including:

Leading Kindergarten & Early Learning Centre sessions, with a focus on fundamental movement and motor skills

Coaching and refereeing Futsal

Delivering Primary School PE programs

Facilitating Gymnastics sessions for early years and school-aged children

Running after-school multi-sport programs

Coaching at weekend clinics and holiday programs

Delivering activities as part of our broad range of weekday & weekend event offerings

Supporting our expansion into Shepparton and Wangaratta communities

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Passionate about working with children, sport, and community

Proactive, reliable and confident working independently

Comfortable with travel and representing Kelly Sports in new regional areas

Friendly, enthusiastic and able to build strong relationships with children and clients

Committed to delivering inclusive, engaging programs

Previous coaching or teaching experience is valued, but not essential.

What You’ll Need:

Working with Children Check & Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s Licence & transport (essential for regional work)

Relevant coaching or education certifications (desirable)

First Aid & CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain)
