About the Company:
Our client is a well-established insurance organisation with a presence across Australia. They’re currently rolling out a major project and need confident, detail-focused individuals to join their team. You'll report to a supportive and experienced leader who values a fast learner with a strong customer-first approach.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Consultant, your key duties will include:
- Managing high-volume inbound calls
- Liaising with customers via email
- Verifying customer identities and updating details
- Processing payments and handling data entry
- Completing general admin tasks in a compliance-driven environment
About You:
You’re a strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset and excellent attention to detail. You thrive in fast-paced roles and are quick to pick up new systems and processes. Experience in data-sensitive or compliance-based environments will be highly regarded.
What You Need:
- Immediate availability
- Commitment to a full-time role working Monday to Friday, Mondays and Thursdays in office with WFH opportunities for the remainder
- Previous experience in high-volume customer service
- Working Holiday Visa holders welcome – please ensure you're available to work from the Sydney North location
