Position Overview:
We are looking for a personable and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our expanding Team. This is a full-time position, and a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-term, stable position in a growth industry. You will be working in our Willetton office in a friendly, family-orientated environment, providing accounts and administrative support to all areas of our business.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Invoice data entry using Databuild construction software
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing using MYOB
Bank and credit card reconciliations across both Databuild & MYOB
Managing subcontractor paperwork and insurance documentation
Supplier credit applications
Customer credit insurance applications and follow up
Managing and following up on overdue accounts, collecting payments
Excel data entry and reporting
Customer service support - both phone and in person
Provide general administrative support including document filing
Assisting the Finance Manager with other ad-hoc duties as required
To be successful in your application, we are looking for the following skillset and experience:
A minimum of 5 years accounts experience is required across both payables and receivables
Have a very strong understanding of Australian financial processes and systems
Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB experience is preferred though not essential)
Excellent Microsoft Excel and data entry skills ensuring a high level of efficiency and accuracy
Databuild experience is advantageous, though not required as training will be provided
Excellent attention to detail in all areas of responsibility
Highly organised, efficient and able to work unsupervised
Has a friendly and positive outlook, and who works well within a team environment
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
The position is available to commence immediately, working full-time Monday-Friday (8hrs/day) in our Willetton office. Free onsite parking is available. Our pay cycle is weekly, and we are offering a competitive remuneration package for the right person.
