Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a major customer-facing CMS platform.
• Gather and define business and user requirements to drive customer-centric improvements.
• Manage digital enhancement projects from concept to delivery, including vendor and contract oversight.
• Collaborate across teams to define performance metrics and ensure platform excellence.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and technologies, bringing new ideas and improvements to the platform.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Promote a positive, learning-focused culture, mentoring others and sharing digital best practice.

About You

• Proven experience leading CMS-driven digital platforms, ideally in large or complex environments.
• Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering enhancements on time and within scope.
• Skilled in requirement gathering, customer proposition development, and user research.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering outstanding digital experiences.
