The Project Officer, Early Intervention will work closely with the Early Intervention Specialist and broader Health and Wellbeing Team to support prevention and early intervention initiates.

The Project Officer, Early Intervention role suits a professional who:
- Has an interest in health promotion and contributing to occupational health, safety and wellbeing programs
- Can provide short-term counselling and/or having support-based conversations, as aligned to evidence-informed approaches or frameworks
- Has experience in project management or program coordination including in the planning and implementation of wellbeing initiatives
- Develops strong stakeholder relationships and seeks opportunities to collaborate to deliver work that is fit for purpose
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Experience in occupational health, safety and wellbeing, health promotion or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience providing short-term counselling or support using evidence-informed approaches or models is highly regarded.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding or experience in planning and implementing wellbeing programs, services, and/or initiatives is desirable.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
