About the role

The Service Support Coordinator (SSC) plays a key role in supporting the delivery of both our Family Preservation and Rural Youth Mental Health programs. This role provides high-level administrative, stakeholder engagement, and operational support to ensure services run smoothly, are well-documented, and meet compliance, invoicing, and reporting requirements.

A key focus of this role is supporting data collection, analysis, and remediation efforts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and meaningful insights that drive service improvement. The SSC will play an active role in identifying gaps, streamlining data processes, and enhancing data proficiency across the team.

As an SSC, you will coordinate scheduling, logistics, and reporting for meetings, training, and program activities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and databases to support data-driven decision-making. Assisting in the onboarding and training of new staff and volunteers is also part of your responsibilities. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams, funding bodies, and partner organisations, you will ensure all activities align with organisational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Duties

  • Provide administrative/ coordination support to service teams, ensuring operational efficiency across both programs.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and service delivery.
  • Manage documentation, reporting, and compliance processes to meet funding and regulatory requirements.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and remediation efforts, ensuring data integrity and identifying opportunities to improve data proficiency across the team.
  • Identify trends and gaps in data to inform continuous service improvement and decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

  • Essential: Strong administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, working with government agencies, service providers, or community organisations.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve service delivery and compliance using your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal along with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • It would also be desirable if you have experience in the community services, not-for-profit, or government sectors and the associated compliance, funding and reporting requirements.
