IGA Mosman Fresh located on Stirling Highway in Mosman Park is seeking to employ a Duty Supervisor to complement our existing team.
This is a hands-on role that involves overseeing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities
Approx 70% of duties are:
· Front-end supervision
· Receiving & putting out of warehouse load & direct deliveries
· Store presentation

Remaining 30% of duties
· Adhering to store closing procedures
· Management of staff arrival/departure times & breaks, professionalism, performance & appropriate prioritisation of tasks
· Assist with the training & development of new & existing staff
· Communicating relevant issues to Management.

Applicants MUST HAVE previous supervisory & stock replenishment experience preferably within the Independent Supermarket or Service Station industries. Experience in front end and/or deli departments would be favorably considered.

The successful applicant would be required to work 5 evening shifts per week with shifts commencing at 3pm and concluding at 10pm.
