VALE Partners is a Brisbane based Digital Search and Recruitment firm. We are looking to bring our brand to more eyes across social platforms. We will be looking to do a variety of different social media plays across podcasting, educational content, marketing campaigns and plenty more.

The Role:

As a Junior Content Producer / Videographer, you’ll assist in shooting, editing, and producing video content across various formats — from social media clips to interviews, new role videos, and behind-the-scenes footage. You’ll work closely with our tight knit Senior Recruitment team to ensure our video content and visuals are sharp, polished, and on-brand.

Your day to day

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, linkedIn reels, YouTube Shorts and more
• Manage and schedule social media content across multiple channels
• Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with brand goals
• Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to help optimise content performance
• Be hands-on in brainstorming and pitching fresh, creative content ideas
• Building our marketing imagery and copy

Skills we are looking for

• Proven experience creating engaging video content (personal projects, freelance work, or internships welcome)
• Video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
• Strong understanding of trends and formats
• Solid writing skills for captions, social posts, and scripts
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and love for digital storytelling
• Bonus: Experience with photography, graphic design, experience wth social media scheduling tools
