The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a major $600M mixed-use development comprising 900+ residential units, retail precincts, public parkland, and landscaping works.

You will report directly to the Project Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the safe, timely, and quality-focused delivery of all site activities. This is a great opportunity for a proven leader to take charge of one of Sydney’s most ambitious residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure works are completed safely, to specification, and on schedule
• Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers
• Monitor quality control and enforce safety standards
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Assist in programming and sequencing works for optimal project flow
• Coordinate inspections and maintain site documentation in line with compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Trade background or degree in Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 5–10 years of site management experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments in Sydney
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex site logistics and sequencing in high-density environments
• Commitment to safety, quality, and high delivery standards
• Experience in working with councils, consultants, and client-side representatives
