While currently 100% mobile, the organisation has exciting plans to open a dedicated clinic space in early 2026, which will offer clinicians greater flexibility in how they work.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys the autonomy of community work, values a realistic caseload and wants to be part of a thoughtful, well-run team.

You'll support older adults living in the community to maintain their independence and quality of life. Services are funded exclusively through Home Care Packages, with no NDIS responsibilities.

You'll have full control over your schedule, visiting clients in their homes within a catchment area close to where you live — all while being supported by a collaborative team and leadership that genuinely prioritises your wellbeing.
