ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of Accounts Payable is pivotal in ensuring the financial health of our organisation through efficient management of the accounts payable process. NetSuite experience is preferred but not essential.

This involves handling billing and vendor reconciliation while maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. The role requires attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

ABOUT YOU:

Experienced Professional: You have several years of experience in accounts Payable

Financial Acumen: You are skilled in managing billing processes, conducting account reconciliations, and maintaining sound financial practices.

Attention to Detail: You possess a high level of accuracy in handling financial data and ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.

Effective Communicator and Collaborator: You excel at facilitating clear and concise interactions with clients and internal teams. You work well with cross-functional teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Organised and Proactive: You are able to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.

Technical Proficiency: You are competent in accounting software and excel.
