We’re seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our national signage projects from concept to installation. You’ll work closely with well-known professional corporate clients, proven suppliers, and our experienced internal design and production team to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Manager and Managing Director, you’ll manage all aspects of project delivery — including planning, procurement, coordination, budgeting, and client communication. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, multitasking, and getting results through strong collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver signage projects on time, to budget, and in line with company standards

Interpret and manage technical drawings and specifications

Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines

Mitigate project risks and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Support procurement processes and manage project timelines

Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

Assist with estimating, budgeting, and maintaining project documentation

Identify opportunities for repeat and new business through client relationships

What You’ll Bring

3+ years experience in project management (ideally in signage, or related industries)

Strong knowledge of signage materials, finishes, and production methods

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF

Experience with Microsoft Project or similar Gantt chart software

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (highly regarded)

Ability to read and understand technical drawings

A proactive and hands-on approach to team collaboration and client service
