About the role

Manage a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, corporates, and not-for-profits. You’ll deliver end-to-end compliance and advisory services, provide strategic guidance across restructuring, tax planning and succession, and review offshore-prepared work. Reporting directly to the Partner, you’ll play a key role in driving client outcomes and contributing to team growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow trusted client relationships
• Prepare and review compliance deliverables
• Provide strategic advice on tax and business matters
• Review and provide feedback on offshore-prepared work
• Support clients with budgeting, forecasting and growth strategies

Skills & Experience

• CA or CPA qualified, or working towards completion
• Proven experience in tax and business services
• Strong technical knowledge across compliance and advisory
• Ability to review work and mentor junior or offshore staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience building strong professional relationships with clients.
