We're looking for a hands-on Civil Asset Maintenance Overseer to manage contractor-led works, uphold compliance, and ensure the smooth delivery of civil asset maintenance programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspecting and supervising contractor works across restoration and maintenance projects.

Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and workplace inspections.

Responding to customer requests and overseeing compliance of asset restorations and traffic control plans.

Liaising with utilities, stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.

Contributing to WHS, volunteer coordination, and environmental sustainability goals.

• Managing contractor performance, resolving disputes, and reviewing completed work.

What You'll Bring:

Trade qualification or Certificate IV in a relevant field.

Extensive civil maintenance or infrastructure experience.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Class C Driver's Licence (essential).
