Customer service for transport and logistics company.

5 days a week (Total x 24 Hours per week)

Start 9:30- Finish 3:00pm Mon-Thurs / Fri 9:30-1:30pm = Total 24 hours per week

Training will be conducted at Kingsgrove.

As our frontline customer service and first point of contact we are looking for an all rounded all-star with a welcoming phone manner to join our small but busy team at our head office based in Kingsgrove.

The person will be proactive, organised with great people skills and able to multi task. No job too hard attitude and a great work ethic.

Happy to train the right person with a team player attitude, willing to learn and an excellent work ethic.

Skills and experience

Ability to multitask and be a team player

High level attention to detail and organizational skills

Dedication to providing a high level customer service – every time.

Ability to work autonomously – manage tasks and time effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with and interact with persons from a diverse cultural background

Flexibility - a team player that is happy to assist in all areas of administration

Readiness to carry out any other duties required to achieve the key business targets

Immediate start, previous courier/transport/logistics experience highly regarded and a definite advantage but not essential as the right candidate will be trained by the best!
