🙌 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
You may have experience as a Dental Assistant, Receptionist, or both—but it’s not essential. We're after the right attitude above all else.

✅ IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE OR BE:

Dental experience preferred, but not essential

Confident using computers – Exact software is a plus

Caring, friendly, and patient-focused

Organised and calm in a busy clinical setting

Self-motivated and a great team player

Keen to learn skills like digital scanning and dental photography

Willing to travel between nearby clinics when required

Reliable and professionally presented

🦷 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting and supporting patients

Answering phones, booking appointments, and processing payments

Chair-side assisting and clinical support

Instrument sterilisation and infection control

Basic administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly
