TR Group is a specialized provider of heavy commercial truck and trailer hire and lease services. We offer a wide range of vehicles to suit most applications for both short and long-term rentals and leases, along with used vehicle sales.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Sydney branch as an Equipment Services Coordinator, helping us care for and manage our fleet of trucks and trailers.
The role will be a critical part of our operational team, working Monday-Friday, between 7am and 5pm.
This role will play a big part in ensuring that our gear is looked after and presented at a high standard. The role would really suit someone with a strong background in the transport industry, ideally driving and/or maintaining heavy vehicles, who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty and loves working in and around trucks and trailers.
Here’s a list of the type of work you could expect on any given day:
Washing and detailing of vehicles - ensuring our vehicles are looking their best! Getting our vehicles in tip top shape for hire.
Completing light maintenance and repair reporting as required (light bulbs, mudflaps etc)
HR/MC License would be ideal as there is tuck/Tug driving: including moving vehicles around the yard, picking up and dropping off hire equipment from customer and/or supplier sites, and occasionally moving equipment between branches.
Being first point of contact to greet our customers when they arrive to pick up / drop off vehicles - helping to make sure our customers feel valued and appreciated.
Communicating with the Rental Operations team about vehicle information and requirements - working together as one team to prioritise our customer needs, and ensuring our vehicles are safe, presentable, and well maintained over their lifespan.
What you will bring to the table:

· A HC/MC drivers’ license would be ideal, however training would be available for the right person.
