About the Role

We’re looking for outgoing, confident, and people-loving individuals to help spread the word about NewDoc in local communities. This is not a behind-the-desk role — you’ll be out where the people are: streets, shopping precincts, universities, transport hubs, and more.

As a Community Engagement & Marketing Ambassador, you’ll be the face of NewDoc — handing out flyers, having genuine conversations, being part of social content, and bringing positive energy to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with members of the public in high-foot-traffic areas to promote NewDoc services

Hand out brochures, flyers, and promo material with confidence and clarity

Participate in grassroots marketing campaigns (e.g., pop-ups, parades, community events)

Be featured in social content (on-camera speaking or general presence)

Educate people on how to access bulk-billed GP care through NewDoc

Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm

Who You Are

Outgoing and not afraid to strike up a conversation with strangers

Comfortable being on camera (talking or interacting)

Energetic, reliable, and self-motivated

Passionate about healthcare accessibility or startup innovation

Previous experience in promotions, sales, or hospitality a bonus — but not essential
