Marketing Manager - 6 Month Contract

Direct Pool Supplies is a market leader in pool servicing, products, and maintenance, offering high-quality products and services through our thriving retail, service and e-commerce platform. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Campaign Calendar and oversee customer communications across both local and strategic channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a 12-month Marketing Campaign Calendar, aligning with business priorities and key seasonal moments.

Lead customer communications strategy and execution, ensuring consistent messaging across digital, print, and in-store (where relevant).

Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, digital, product, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Translate strategic marketing objectives into actionable local campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data and insights.

Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed to deliver high-quality campaign assets.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

A hands-on marketing professional with 3+ years of experience, ideally in campaign planning and customer lifecycle communications

Organised and proactive, with a knack for juggling multiple projects and deadlines

A strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
