We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative environment and excels at client communication, coordination of maintenance requests, and enjoys ensuring clients receive outstanding service.
About the role:
- Receive and manage client maintenance requests efficiently
- Coordinate tradespeople and suppliers for prompt completion of maintenance jobs
- Prepare and manage maintenance logs, tracking and reporting on maintenance activities
- Liaise with shopping centres and clients regarding paperwork, access requirements, and maintenance issues
- Manage centre paperwork, insurances, bonds, inductions, and approvals
- Organise travel and accommodation for site installations when required
- Track maintenance work orders, ensure client billing, and follow-up payments
About you:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise accordingly
- Previous experience in administration, maintenance coordination, or similar roles is advantageous
- Previous experience in the construction or shopfitting industry highly desirable, but not essential
