Experienced client-side PM Consultancy - Senior Project Manager and Project Director required

Our client has a fantastic Victorian name which has been delivering into a range of public and private clients both locally and overseas for over 60 years. A team of experienced PM's due to an increase in projects across these clients they require a SPM and a Project Director.

Your new role

Coming ideally from a client-side PM consultancy, you will focus on one of Victoria's largest and busiest clients. With $500m being spent over the next few years, and already $50m/annum dedicated to my client each year, you will deliver end-to-end projects.

SPM / Project Director Civil- working across civil related projects, roads, utilities, services, land development- projects ranging from $15m- $20m - urgent requirement
SPM- Live environment, buildings, internal works, upgrades, smaller new build works- projects from $5m- $30m

Any aviation experience would be highly regarded.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in project management, preferably with a client-side consultancy.

SPM / Project Director- Civil- 10- 15 years+
Experience across civil related projects- roads, services, land development, carparks
Civil Engineering Degree

SPM- Buildings - 8 years+
Experience across similar building projects
Experience operating in live project environments
Construction related Degree

Proven experience dealing with major clients
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Abel to travel West side of town to site 2 days/week
Salaries $140- $170k+ super
