We are seeking a registered builder to join our team to be trained as a building and pest inspector.

About the role

Inspections all over Perth, North to South - looking specifically for someone based in or around Mandurah to cover Rockingham, Mandurah and southern jobs.

Complete training including completion of building inspection and timber pest courses with our recommended Registered Training Organisation

Undertake onsite inspections and prepare accurate and unbiased onsite reports utilising our software programme on your phone

Submit reports to our clients within strict timeframes (immediately after each inspection)

Communicate the findings with clients

Skills and experience

MUST HAVE:

Current builder license (with clear history)

Current driver's license (no restrictions)

Computer and software skills

Excellent grammar and spelling skills

Excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Be healthy and fit

Trustworthy, honest and reliable

Be able to work unsupervised

Neat and tidy appearance

Great team player

PREFERABLE:

Have experience as a pre-purchase building and pest inspector

Hold a general and timber pest inspector’s license
