Established 20 years ago, our Client is a Lending and Financial Services firm that are regarded as a leader within their niche market. They have small but spectacular offices in Melbourne and on the Gold Coast and contribute financially towards various charities and events.

Presently they have an opportunity available for a Solutions Architect / Technical Lead to provide impact to their growing company.

Role Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the General Manager
• Communicate and develop strategies with various business stakeholders on complex technical matters relating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Grok AI, CISCO enterprise networking, Chat GTP LLM, and Meta AI
• Maintain and support mission critical systems
• Oversee organization-wide backups and disaster recovery processes (using Veeam, AFI.AI, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid backup systems)
• Ensure the validity of data analysis and reporting by testing all business technology resources
• Research and develop new technology solutions
• Remote and Onsite ICT / ICN Support
• Conduct training for new employees and company upskilling
• Ensure compliance and handling audits and accreditations
• Website management
• Occasional interstate travel

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in ICT or Software Engineering
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365, Cybersecurity, Cloud Servicing and familiarity with Data Centres
• Vendor selection and management experience
• Professionally presented and charismatic team player
• At least three years experience as an ICT Manager or Technical Lead
• Lending or Financial Services domain experience highly advantageous
• Availability to work in office full time
• Full Australian working rights (we apologise in advance, our Client is not able to provide sponsorship)
