What You’ll Be Doing:
Step into a role where every day is different — and every success is yours to own.
Identify and recruit candidates that fit the specific needs of each business and roles we recruit for.
Conduct thorough interviews to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career aspirations.
Ensure all administrative tasks and compliance requirements are met for candidates to be work-ready.
Respond to client enquiries and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
Support the development daily/weekly rostering of our NWF casuals working on client sites daily
Be willing to work within a team environment that supports each other to function as one group
What You Bring to the Table:
A passionate and enthusiastic individual who understands the importance to providing exceptional service
Someone who is calm and doesn’t get caught up in unnecessary details and stays focused on the big picture.
An eager and switched-on person who is eager to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
Strong organisational and planning skills and with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capability to work varying shifts within our open office hours (M-F; 8am - 5.30pm) No weekends
