Are you interested in working with children with low vision/blindness?
Extremely exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit company that supports people who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision. The organisation has been established for over 200 years and delivers world-class services to their clients.
The company provides a holistic approach and has a fantastic multidisciplinary team to deliver this. They are committed to research and innovation, harnessing the latest technologies and new evidence to produce excellent clinical outcomes.

How you will be supported:
There is a 6-week induction where you are trained in aspects of low vision, blindness and hearing difficulties. You will shadow sessions of Occupational Therapists as well as other multidisciplinary team members prior to seeing clients.

Additionally, there are monthly discipline-specific meetings aimed at providing targeted PD and case discussions. The successful applicant will have access to the company's PD courses at no cost and opportunities to receive funding for degree programs in Sensory Disability.
