Role Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team at Jannali Healthcare Centre in Jannali, NSW. This is an on-site, part-time contractor role, ideal for a therapist who is passionate about helping others and values working within a supportive, multidisciplinary health team.

While the clinic welcomes patients of all ages, the majority of your client base will consist of women across all life stages—including pregnancy and geriatric care. Your key responsibilities will include assessing clients, providing treatment, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to support the clients.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional massage treatments tailored to individual client needs

Assess, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions

Maintain clear and up-to-date client records daily

Provide a high level of care, professionalism, and client communication

Collaborate with other practitioners to support integrated treatment plans

Contribute positively to clinic culture and client retention

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma of Remedial Massage

Registered with all Australian Health Funds

Membership with a recognised professional massage association

ABN (Company) desirable. Sole traders considered.

Current First Aid and CPR certification

Availability to work 3–5 shifts per week (approx. 4 hours per shift), with potential for additional hours based on your availability.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for helping people

You love working as a Remedial Massage Therapist and want to grow a fulfilling, long-term career

Client-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting therapeutic relationships

Desirable

Experience in women’s health

Dry needling qualifications

Cupping qualifications

Experience working in a healthcare or multidisciplinary setting
