About the role

Prime Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team in Moorebank and nearby associated clinics, on a part-time basis. Our current RMT is a highly valued member of our team and is moving on to further studies. During her 15 years with us, she has built up a busy case load of loyal clients. We are looking for another RMT to join our team, bringing a similar level of professionalism and empathy to take over this established case load.

What you'll be doing

Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalised soft tissue therapy treatment plans

Performing remedial massage treatments using a range of techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release

Collaborating with our physiotherapists and exercise physiologist to ensure integrated care for clients

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our massage therapy services

What we're looking for

A Remedial Massage Therapist who is passionate about his or her vocation and enjoys working as part of a team

Holds a Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy (HLT52021)

Registered or eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT)

Holds Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality remedial massage treatments

Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
