Site Supervisor – Spanlift (Lonsdale, SA)
About the role
Spanlift is looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to lead a turnkey warehouse and office build in Lonsdale, SA. This full-time, on-site role covers the 12 month duration of the build. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of the project. If the project is successful, Spanlift intends to transition you into a full-time role.
What you'll be doing
Lead daily operations: Supervise trades and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget.
Safety and compliance: Enforce safety protocols, maintain documentation, and ensure a safe site
Project coordination: Implement and oversee site management plans and liaise with project teams.
Quality assurance: Monitor quality at every stage, conduct site inspections, and maintain records.
Communication: Liaise with project manager, lead team meetings, and resolve issues quickly.
What we're looking for
Proven experience supervising commercial construction or similar industrial projects.
Mandatory White Card and Building Work Supervisor (SA) registration
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Safety-focused with strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
What we offer
Competitive salary equivalent to $90,000–$110,000 (depending on experience) plus superannuation.
A company vehicle & phone will be provided
12-month contract with opportunity for a full-time role if the project is successful.
