Mason Refrigeration, Airconditioning & Electrical Services is a fast-growing company operating across Geelong, Ballarat, and Melbourne. Due to continued strong growth, we are seeking several experienced Airconditioning Installers to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

These full-time position's offer the chance to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career. We are open to candidates from Plumbing, Electrical, or Refrigeration trades, including 3rd and 4th-year apprentices.

What we are looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding and experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry

A Can-Do attitude with a positive outlook

A well-presented appearance and work style

Confidence in your skills and abilities

Willingness to mentor, support and teach apprentices.

We encourage Third & Fourth-year apprentices to apply!

Essentials in this role:

Experience in Domestic or Commercial Heating & Cooling installation.

Current Victorian Drivers License

Relevant Plumbing, Electrical OR Refrigeration Trade license

OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry (White Card)

Current Victorian A-Grade License (only for electricians)

Ability to obtain a Working with Children and Police Check
