About the role

Patto's Earthworx is seeking a multi skilled operator with Excavator & Skid Steer experience to join our team on a full time casual basis in Parkes, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Skid Steer Loaders and excavators to support our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction site operations and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

Operate excavators and skid steer loaders to excavate, grade, and prepare construction sites

Load and unload materials using excavators and skid steer loaders

Conduct daily Pre-Start checks

Take ownership of machinery including, washing, greasing and daily upkeep of machinery

Work independently

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Proven experience operating a excavator or skid steer.

Ability to read and interpret site plans and designs

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Current construction industry white card and driver's licence

Roller, heavy rigid truck experience desirable but not essential

Junior employees will be considered
