About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Broome, delivering high-impact services within aged care and disability support. This full-time role focuses on promoting independence, enhancing wellbeing, and improving quality of life for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide flexible, person-centred therapy that makes a meaningful difference-while gaining experience in one of Australia's most diverse and culturally rich settings.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

Current AHPRA registration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence managing a varied caseload independently

A commitment to culturally safe and responsive care

Experience in aged care, disability, or Aboriginal health is highly regarded but not essential.
