Work with a predominantly paediatric caseload across early childhood through school-age clients
Mobile and clinic based therapy: deliver services in homes, schools, day-cares and from our welcoming clinic space
Supervision provided, plus access to professional development allowance.
Administrative and billing support so you can focus on therapy and outcomes.
Flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle and commitments.
Your Role Will Include:
As a Speech Pathologist with us, you will:
Deliver evidence-based therapy for speech, language, fluency, and social communication
Assess and support children with developmental delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other neurodivergent presentations
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to promote participation and communication across all settings
Empower children to build connection, confidence, and communication skills that support their daily lives
Manage a diverse caseload of NDIS and private clients, supported by streamlined admin systems and mentoring
What We Are Looking For:
A degree in Speech Pathology (essential)
SPA membership and certified practising status
Experience working with neurodivergent clients (e.g. Autism, ADHD) is highly valued
A strong sense of initiative, flexibility, and a client-centred approach
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
