THE POSITION:
The Accounts Payable Officer collaborates with the business unit and/or branch, providing administrative and/or operational support to facilitate the delivery of business objectives.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, this role is ideal for someone who has an excellent eye for detail, an aptitude for systems and processes, and an ability to engage with both our internal clients and external suppliers.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications and work experience in a relevant field
- Ability to accurately process high volumes of invoices within set timeframes
- An aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail and providing exceptional internal customer service
- Well-developed computer skills and a sound level of proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, and Outlook
SALARY & EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS:
- Temporary full-time position for a period of 6 months, working 70 hours per fortnight
- This position is a Grade 3, with a commencing annualised salary range of $66,443 p.a. with progression to $73,338 p.a. on demonstrated competencies. Performance progression will be up to $77,831 p.a. plus superannuation.
