We're Endure Carpentry, a growing team based in Perth, specialising in residential carpentry services that include decking, pergolas, outdoor builds, steel framing, and granny flat construction. We back quality, move fast, and build things properly.

About the Role
Right now, we’re looking for an experienced chippy who can slot straight into the crew — someone who knows how to keep a site moving, problem-solve on the fly, and take pride in clean finishes. You’ll be working across both residential and light commercial projects, rotating between decking jobs, structural framing, and supporting our leading hand on full builds.

Key Responsibilities:
Build sh*t that lasts. Decks, pergolas, frames, lockup — we don’t cut corners.

Read the plan, run the job. Set it out right, build it once.

Slot in or step up. Lead a small team when needed, or support our Leading Hand on bigger builds.

Keep the site sharp. Clean, organised, and moving forward — no chaos.

Think like an owner. Flag issues early, get ahead of delays, own your work.

Back the team. If you’re ahead, help the bloke next to you.

Respect the finish. No rough cuts or lazy screw lines. What we leave behind is our rep.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after a solid operator — someone who doesn’t need their hand held, knows how to move through a job, and actually gives a sh!t about what they leave behind.

You might be:

A chippy with 5+ years on the tools, looking for a better crew and more ownership

Someone who’s run sites before and wants to step into a leadership role without the politics

Or a weapon second-in-command ready to level up and take charge when needed

Must-Haves:

You can read a plan, set out, and get stuck in

You’ve built decks, frames, cladding, or fit-outs — and done it properly

You’ve got a licence, a reliable ute, and your own tools

You take pride in your finish, show up clean, and leave the site sharper than you found it

You don’t need babysitting — and you don’t mind helping the apprentice get sharper either
