SIL Construction are looking for multiple team members to assist with on-going projects with plenty of work in the pipeline for 2025. We are an efficient team and known for completing projects on time and to a high standard. We expect new team members to operate in the same manner.

We are looking for a few team members to cover works such as

Carpentry

Roofing

Ceilings

Gyprocking

We are looking for both apprentices and applicants with at least 2-3 years worksite experience, who are adaptable to moving between many projects at once, & who are confident to carry out the types of constructions works we are involved in.

A phone interview will be the first step to qualify applicants experience and then a meeting with the Owner onsite to evaluate confidence with duties required.

Hours will generally fall between 6am-5pm as a guide, the hours change depending on client and project requirements.

What you’ll need

Strong work ethic and high-quality workmanship

Ability to take initiative, communicate clearly and follow through

At least 3+ years experience as a qualified carpenter

Working in the building Industry - White Card

Drivers Licence and ability to drive to and from job sites

Able to work unsupervised

A willingness to learn and a positive attitude is a must.

Competitive per hour remuneration based on skill level. This is a ABN Contract role in the first instance. (You invoice us your hours) not a permanent employee position.
