We are the home of harness racing in Victoria.

We are a seven day a week entertainment venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, large function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, busy gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The key responsibility you will assist with are leading our team towards excellence in customer service and compliance including:

Customer Service Management

• Demonstrate Tabcorp Park Customer Service Standards
• Monitor level of customer service and in conjunction with senior management, recommend and implement training as required
• Available to make decisions regarding guest concerns and take responsibility for resolving problems

Operations

• Compliance with RSA, TAB & VCGLR Regulations
• Adhere to all Tabcorp Park values, policies and procedures, OH&S, food and hygiene standards, professional venue presentation & cash control etc.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in work processes and procedures and implement changes in workplace practices
• Manage self to optimum level attending training courses that fulfil development plan

Financial Management and Cash Control

• Accurate reconciliations of Tills, System One & TAB. Identify errors & variances and take appropriate action
• Adhere to cash handling policy

ABOUT YOU

You love being part of a team and approach your work in an energetic and positive manner. You will work closely with Gaming Managers and Duty Managers to ensure the smooth running of the gaming room. You will also have the following competencies:

• Previous gaming experience.
• Comply with RSA, RSG, VGCCC regulations.
• Hold a valid gaming license.
• High attention to detail.
• Positive work ethic and team player.
• Experience opening and closing a gaming room.

AVAILABILITY

Must be available to work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends, closes and all major events.
