About the Role:
Golden Point Hotel is on the lookout for a Casual Gaming Supervisor to join our dedicated and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to step up and take on a leadership role within a fast-paced and customer-focused gaming environment. You’ll be working across a rotating 7-day roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts.

As a Gaming Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing day-to-day gaming floor operations and supporting team members

Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and venue procedures

Delivering outstanding customer service and handling customer queries

Providing training and support to Gaming Attendants

Managing cash handling and reconciliation with a high level of accuracy

Responding to machine issues and liaising with service technicians as required

About You:

Proven experience in a gaming or hospitality leadership role (preferred)

Current RSA, RSG, and Victorian Gaming Industry Employee Licence

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy environment

Flexible availability, especially for night and weekend shifts

TAB Basics experience (desirable but not essential)
