About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Gaming Attendant/Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Royal Oak Richmond in Richmond, VIC. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities.

What you'll be doing

Efficiently managing the gaming floor, including monitoring gaming machines, cash handling, and customer service

Assisting and guiding customers with the use of gaming machines and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

Ensuring compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and internal policies

Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment

Providing supervision and guidance to the gaming attendant team

Performing cash handling duties, including accurate counting, reconciliation, and secure storage

Actively monitoring and reporting on gaming machine performance and customer trends

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a gaming or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive experience for our guests

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance requirements

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
