What you bring to the table:

Hands-on team leader with a minimum of 1 year's experience within a similar role

A basic understanding of financial control within a hospitality business

Basic computer literacy skills - primarily through Microsoft Office products

Attention to detail for any work produced and the ability to provide and receive critical feedback

Genuine passion and pride for delivering outstanding experiences through product and service that exceed expectations

A desire to learn and grow as an individual and to support the people around you to do the same

An ability to communicate openly and honestly with your peers and direct reports, as well as being accountable for your responsibilities.
