With continued growth and a strong client pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond compliance- it's about building relationships, mentoring the next generation, and driving strategic outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients across industries
• Deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services (financials, tax returns, BAS/IAS, CGT, FBT, Div7A, etc.)
• Prepare insightful management reports and support business advisory engagements
• Coach, mentor, and support junior and graduate accountants
• Liaise directly with managers, directors, and clients to deliver value beyond the numbers
• Be a trusted voice in a team that values integrity, learning, and people

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7+ years’ experience in public practice/business services
• CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and compliance regulations
• A mentor at heart- able to train and guide junior staff
• Confident communicator, great with people, proactive and solutions-driven
• Strong systems knowledge (Xero, MYOB, Reckon, Excel) and openness to new technology
