The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Casual Inventory Controller to support warehouse and airside operations in the Brisbane Airport area. This role involves managing stock flow, coordinating materials for electricians, and ensuring warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check in, and put away all stock.
• Pick and pack all electrical site orders/requests going to airside sites.
• Manage the stock-on-hand (SOH) report and conduct weekly cycle counts.
• Supervise and allocate assembly parts for electricians.
• Ensure warehouse products are organized efficiently, and orders are packed within agreed timeframes.
• Operate a laptop/computer on-site with proficiency in Office 365 and advanced Excel.
• Check received products against purchase orders and enter POs into relevant platforms.
• Identify and escalate any missing or faulty products to appropriate staff.
• Comply with all safe work practices, procedures, and policies.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and departments.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office 365.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Sound organisational and time management skills.
