We're expanding and looking for experienced Mechanical Fitters to join our team in both casual and permanent capacities. Whether you're looking for workshop-based work or field project roles, we have a place for you.

The Role
You’ll be working on a range of flow control equipment including isolation, control, safety, and actuated valves. Roles are available in both our Newcastle-based workshop and on site-based projects across:

Newcastle (NSW)

Hunter Valley (NSW)

Lake Macquarie (NSW)

Wollongong (NSW)

Biloela (QLD)

What You’ll Be Doing

Strip, assess, service and reassemble a wide range of industrial valves and actuators

Conduct pressure and functional testing to quality standards

Work on shutdowns, turnarounds, and other scheduled maintenance projects

Maintain strong safety and housekeeping practices

Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team

What We're Looking For

Trade Qualified (Mechanical Engineering Cert III or above)

Experience in valve maintenance, repair and testing (desirable)

Previous experience in power generation, chemical, oil and gas plants

Reliable transport

Strong commitment to safety policies and procedures

Ability to pass drug, alcohol and medical testing

Ability to work independently or part of a team

Excellent work references to support your application

Good communication and time management skills

Forklift license (desirable)

Elevated work platform (desirable)

Working at heights (desirable)

Confined Space (desirable)
