Based in Bondi Junction, this firm has experienced rapid expansion over the past six years—now boasting over 40 team members across Sydney and Melbourne, following the successful launch of their Melbourne office.

They’re now seeking a Senior Associate – Property Lawyer to join their high-performing team and play an integral role in continuing that growth. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading complex commercial and residential property transactions
• Advising on commercial, retail, and industrial leasing, development, and planning
• Acting for national developers, operators, and retailers
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the property team’s continued success
• Providing commercially focused, strategic legal advice
• Supporting business development and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Maintaining a high standard of compliance and legal accuracy

What you’ll need:

• 6+ years post-admission experience in property law
• Strong technical skills across sales, acquisitions, leasing, and development projects
• NSW practising certificate in good standing
• Excellent drafting ability and commercial acumen
• Ability to manage files and clients autonomously
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
